Fiberwig Hands out 100,000 Mascara Samples

Fiberwig, the Japanese paint on eyelash brand, is on the move promoting its mascara in the U.S. through a street campaign.

In a deal with AdPack USA, reps wearing Fiberwig T-shirts will hand out 100,000 packs of facial tissues that include samples in New York, Las Vegas and Atlanta. The teams are in New York through Sept. 5.

"Tissues really complement our product because close to every woman's make up counter is a box of tissues," said Junko Shimanoe, media coordinator, Takara Media, Inc., which handled the campaign.

The Japanese firm Imju makes Fiberwig.
