Mars Promotes Zeitler to VP Shopper Marketing

Shopper marketing ad agency Mars Advertising has promoted Kristine Zeitler to vice president of shopper marketing. 

Zeitler had been director of retail marketing and will now head the agency’s Scottsdale, AZ, office. 

Zeitler joined Mars in 1989 from Dial Corp. where she was a brand manager. During her tenure, she has worked as a channel director for the agency’s West Coast retailers before moving on to the retail marketing group as West Coast director of retail development where she was instrumental in developing Mars’ inaugural partnership with the National Frozen & Refrigerated Foods Association.

She has developed shopper marketing promotions with a number of leading retailers, including The Kroger Co., Safeway Inc., Supervalu Inc. and Albertsons. 

Mars Advertising is headquartered in Southfield, MI, and has offices in more than a dozen cities throughout North America.
