Who May Enter
Competition is open to promotion, advertising, marketing and PR agencies, consultancies, in-house agencies and marketing departments at client companies, or others involved in the development of a promotion. Campaigns must have closed in the 12 months prior to the deadline of April 30th 2010. The launch date is not a concern; only the date the campaign ended.
You must be able to support your results in order to be considered a viable entry. If your campaign has closed but you do not have results calculated prior to May 14, 2010 do not submit your entry this year (it will be eligible in the 2011 awards program). Any campaign that did not have results calculated in time to enter the 2009 PRO Awards is eligible to enter this year.Why Enter The PRO Awards?

The Judging Process
Entries are reviewed by a panel of judges representing creative, strategic, and tactical expertise from brand marketing companies and agencies. Each campaign is evaluated equally on:
- Concept: strength and relevance of concept for objectives and target audience
- Originality: innovation in the concept
- Execution: quality of campaign execution
- Results: achievement compared with objectives
Winner Selection
- Finalists and Winners will be featured in a separate special edition of PROMO Xtra dedicated exclusively to covering the PRO Awards Finalists and Winners. This special edition will be emailed to over 20,000 people.
- A complete list of Finalists and Winners will be published in Chief Marketer Magazine.
- A full description of both Finalist’s and Winner’s campaigns will be featured on PROMO’s website.
- A special section of the PROMO Source Book will be dedicated to the PRO Award Winners with a 1 page summary of each campaign sent to over 25,000 marketing executives.
Industry-Wide Recognition
PRO Awards finalists will be announced on August 3rd, 2010 and a full description of the finalists’ campaigns will be featured on PROMO’s website.
Category winner(s) will be showcased in the Sourcebook Issue of Chief Marketer Magazine.
