GM Taps Archer for $70 Million Fulfillment Contract

General Motors Corp. has hired Archer Corporate Services to handle its dealer communications fulfillment in a four-year, $70 million assignment.

The firm will handle fulfillment for all GM's sales, service and marketing materials including brochures, manuals and collateral to its 7,600 domestic dealers, 400 international dealers and 97 warehouse distributors. Farmington Hills, MI-based Archer will work with its partner, Archway Marketing Services, Minneapolis, to handle the business.

Archer will execute order processing management, e-fulfillment, production (including print-on-demand), digital asset management, Web development and interface integration, storage, distribution, inventory and transportation for GM's corporate staff including sales, service and marketing divisions as well as OnStar, XM Radio and GM's North American International Product Center.
