Hertz Taps Kraft Exec as CMO

Hertz Global Holdings has named Mike Senackerib senior vice president, chief marketing officer for The Hertz Corp.

In his new role, Senackerib will direct Hertz's new marketing initiatives worldwide and lead the global marketing, pricing and yield management teams, the company said.

Senackerib joins Hertz from Kraft Foods where he was senior vice president and general manager of the Nabisco Biscuit Division. He first joined Kraft Foods in 1988 and later rejoined the company in 1996 after working for Campbell Soup Co. from 1992 to1996 where he held a variety of senior marketing positions.

While at Kraft, he developed global advertising and marketing campaigns for Oreo cookies, Milka chocolate, Ritz crackers and Toblerone chocolate, among many other products. He is credited with leading several product launches resulting in more than $100 million in sales globally.
