NINTENDO OF AMERICA: has selected Vital Marketing as its urban agency of record. In this capacity, Vital Marketing is in charge of increasing Nintendo's market share in the $10 billion video game industry via marketing and branding efforts targeting young adult players in the urban marketplace. Vital marketing plans to create proprietary programs for Nintendo and advise the brand on existing events and programs to maximize product visibility.

CHECKERS DRIVE-IN RESTAURANTS, INC: is marking its 20th anniversary of its Checkers and Rally's double drive-thru brands with free fries to every guest on Nov. 20. Consumers who visit participating restaurants will receive one small order of fries under the promotion.
