MCDONALD'S: CEO Jim Skinner has quashed public speculation that the company will undergo a major restructuring. In a public letter Monday, Skinner said while McDonald's continues to look for new ways to enhance shareholder value, a major overhaul is not in t he company's future plans. "We have no intention to undertake a large scale restructuring either through a McOpCo spin-off or a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT)," Skinner wrote. "Neither would be in the best interests of our system or our shareholders. We will deliver value to our system and our shareholders by succeeding at being better, not just bigger."

HERSHEY CO.: will tout its Hershey's Kissables candy as the sponsor of the season opening 2006 NASCAR Busch Series race at Daytona International Speedway on Feb. 18, 2006. The brand will be featured on the No. 29 Hershey's Kissables Chevrolet fielded by Richard Childress Racing and driven by Kevin Harvick.

CINNABON: is celebrating its 20th anniversary with an essay contest asking consumers to share their special memories of the treats. Each entrant gets a Cinnabon gift certificate and becomes eligible to take home the grand prize—a year's supply of Cinnabon Classic Rolls. The deadline for entries is Nov. 18.

GOLDENPALACE.COM: the Internet casino, has tattooed the pregnant bellies of three sisters from Florida, who auctioned off their skin as ad space on eBay. The sisters can be seen showing off the ads at Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Lighting games.
