WILD OATS MARKETS: has named Roger Davidson as senior VP-merchandising and marketing effective Oct. 30. Most recently, he was senior VP, COO for Supervalu's $7 billion retail food division. Davidson replaces Steve Kaczynski, who left Wild Oats in April. Davidson will make $350,000 base salary, according to news reports.

ABSOLUT VODKA: has added a new flavor to its line up, pear-flavored vodka, the ninth flavor in the portfolio. The new flavor will be available Jan. 5.
