SESAME WORKSHOP: has promoted Risa Nelson to assistant VP-International Licensing. She will continue to be responsible for overseeing and growing the licensing business for Sesame Street throughout Europe, as well as managing licensing representatives for the region.

STARBUCKS: has a new beverage on tap for 2005, a hot chocolate concoction called Chantico, named after the Aztec goddess of the hearth. The drink is set to debut Jan. 8 in the U.S. and Canada. The drink is steamed with cocoa butter and whole milk.

CARTOON NETWORK: and Warner Bros. Consumer Products are launching the first Cartoon Network-branded family entertainment center in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The center will be called Cartoon Network World.

OCTAGON: has been selected by The National Sports Museum, an interactive attraction set to open in summer 2006, to help it land corporate partners. The attraction will be housed in 90,000 square feet of space in Manhattan and created in collaboration with more than 30 of North America's major sports halls of fame, museums and organizations, and will be the first significant museum dedicated to the history and importance of sports.

CORPLOGOWEAR: has launched a sports marketing division, which will include marketing and sales activities for U.S. Olympic Committee sponsors, partners and suppliers. Scott Staff, who has spearheaded the company's efforts to meet the demands of the Olympic Games, has been tapped as president of the new division and Rob Glazer, who supported staff in serving the USOC sponsors, will serve as VP.

DRAFT: New York, named Laura Guerra VP-account director and Melissa Siegel VP-group production director, both new posts. Guerra had been VP-account director at Grey E Marketing, which merged into Grey Direct. Siegel had been VP-executive print producer at OgilvyOne.

RAPP COLLINS WORLDWIDE: New York, named Scott Hagedorn senior VP-chief interactive officer, a new post. He had been executive VP-director of technology-based marketing for WestWayne, Atlanta, as well as managing partner of WestWayne's integrated marketing division, breatheinteractive.

141 WORLDWIDE: Executive VP Shireen Moore has been named president of Marketing Agencies Association Worldwide (MAA). Moore had been the Association's VP for two years.
