an event marketing consortium based in St. Louis has opened a Los Angeles office and named Cindi Peltier vice president. A 10-year veteran in entertainment marketing and promotions for film, television, home video, radio and event marketing, Peltier will run the Los Angeles office and is responsible for expanding the company's West Coast presence.
