EASTWEST CREATIVE:

New York City, has named Cliff Medney as director of concept development and Amy McPoland as account director. Most recently, Medney worked as senior VP-strategy/creative for Media Designs where he developed youth-targeted interactive marketing programs for Gap, Polaroid, Ricoh and Pizza Hut. McPoland had worked as the director of brand marketing at MaMaMedia. She has also worked at Mattel Media as senior product manager, marketing.

SOURCE MARKETING: Westport, CT, has opened a West Coast office in Venice Beach, CA. Greg Lucia has been named VP-general manager of Source Marketing West.
