Santa Monica, CA-based Game Show Network promoted Michael Sakin to senior VP-sales and distribution.

Deborah Hamberlin named VP-affiliate marketing for Los Angeles-based UPN. Also, Mark Bass-Smith hired as director, on-air promotion and planning.

Brian Decker named VP-West Coast affiliate sales and Chris Fuller as VP-media sales for the National Football League's NFL Network, a new television programming service slated to launch on Nov. 4. Elsewhere, Shawn Dennis named VP-marketing services.

Warner Bros. Consumer Products, Burbank, CA, promoted Gustavo Antonioni to VP-retail business development, creative and brand assurance-Europe, Middle East and Africa and Bradford Braun to VP-category development and sales.

Universal Studios Home Video, Universal City, CA, tapped Pamela Blum as senior VP-marketing services.

Margo Coble named director of brand development for PARADE Magazine, New York City. Also, Laura Whisnand named director of marketing and Allison White as director of business development.
