Charles Henagan appointed VP-sales and marketing at New York City-based Santa Teresa USA.

Rick Rodriguez, a nine-year Discovery Networks veteran, named executive VP and general manager of the Travel Channel, Silver Spring, MD. He will oversee all programming, production, development and operations for the network. Rodriguez replaces Steve Cheskin, who resigned as general manager in May.

Los Angeles, CA-based Gemstar-TV Guide International, Inc. appointed Christine Levesque executive VP-communications, marketing and government affairs. Elsewhere, Karina Reeves named licensing manager.

Sherice Guillory, Hal Snik and Robert Traub were promoted to VP-home, gift and package goods, VP-apparel and stationer and VP-retail development, respectively, at Nickelodeon, New York City.

The International Network of Independent Advertising Agencies, Syracuse, NY, named Eric Mower, CEO of Eric Mower & Associates, also Syracuse, as president.
