Zipatoni Adds East Coast Staff

Zipatoni is staffing up the Wilton, CT office that opened in November with Helen FitzPatrick as president-general manager.

The office has added Chief Creative Officer Phil Keane; Hispanic Marketing Director Fernando Turpin; Director of Production and Event Marketing Roger Manco; and Database Manager Linda Cook.

FitzPatrick had been executive director of marketing at The Guild Group White Plains, NY; she joined St. Louis-based Zipatoni in November to form the Wilton office.

Keane had been creative director at TracyLocke in Wilton, working on Pepsi and Frito-Lay. Manco had been production director at The Guild Group, working on Kraft Foods, Unilever, Hershey Foods and Dun & Bradstreet. Turpin had been Hispanic marketing director at The Guild Group, working on Kraft, Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Masterfoods, Herdez, Sun Maid and Mazola. Cook had been in the partnership marketing division at The Guild Group.

Zipatoni keeps one staffer in New York City, in sister agency FCB's office, to handle collaborative projects. Meanwhile, Zipatoni's Chicago office has moved into the FCB building in that city. Interpublic Group of Cos. owns Zipatoni and FCB.

Zipatoni ranked No. 28 in the 2004 PROMO 100 with estimated 2003 net revenues of $28.3 million.
