Mars Discounts Super Bowl Teams M&Ms

Mars is pushing M&Ms with the Super Bowl teams' logos at a discount this week.

Mars Direct is giving National Football League fans a break when they order M&Ms branded with the logos of the Pittsburgh Steelers or Arizona Cardinals.

Fans can get a 15% discount when ordering M&M’s NFL Blends featuring the Steelers and Cardinals by entering the code “BIGGAME” at mymms.com/nfl or by calling 1-888-696-6788. NFL-themed seven-ounce bags are normally $12.99 for a minimum order of three bags or $140 for five-pound bags.

“The discount is intended to raise awareness for our new NFL partnership and spread word-of -mouth to remember to use My M&M'S at your party,” said Mars spokesman Ryan Bowling.

The discount for Steelers and Cardinals candies runs through Jan. 30, two days before the Super Bowl. Mars is offering next day delivery on all orders.

Mars is promoting the special offer in the Steelers’ and Cardinals’ home markets by distributing the branded M&Ms to TV and print media in both markets.

The company recently struck the deal with the NFL to produce M&Ms customized with logos of the league’s 32 teams.
