Kraft Foods and Sam’s Club are offering consumers a free planner to help plan two weeks worth of meals.

The booklet is available only at Sam’s Club. It includes 15 easy-to-make recipes, time-saving tips and a shopping list.

In addition, Sam’s Club is offering its members a free cookbook from Kraft Foods that they themselves can create by uploading favorite family recipes or choosing from thousands of recipes in Kraft’s database. The cookbook, valued at $25, can be personalized with a custom photo cover.

“Summer is all about fun and family gatherings,” Howard Friedman, vice president of marketing at Kraft Foods, said in a release. “The Two Week Dinner Planner offers easy ideas for creating delicious meals, all with just one trip to the store. Now families can spend more time with each other and less time shopping and preparing for dinner.

To promote the offer, Sam's Club shared the news with its members through its Sam's Club Insider e-mail newsletter. Others can find information about the planner at the Sam's Club Web site in its "100 Days of Summer".  In addition, there will be banner advertising on Kraftfoods.com that directs people to the "Two Weeks of Meals" microsite. Aside from online, the program will be advertised in Kraft's food&family print magazine.
