Harris Interactive Hires Senior Consultant

Market research firm Harris Interactive, Inc. has hired Howard Lax, Ph.D., as VP-senior consultant in its Customer Loyalty Management Research Practice.

Howard brings over 20 years of research experience on both the client and supplier side of the financial services, high technology, energy and higher education industries. He will utilize his experience to provide consultation to clients within the financial services and healthcare industries, the company said.

Most recently, Howard worked as VP for Opinion Research Corporation's Customer Strategies Group focusing on customer loyalty
