Harris Interactive Hires VP-Senior Consultant

Market research firm Harris Interactive has hired John Fricker as VP-senior consultant for its Loyalty Research Practice.

Fricker has been charged with providing consultation to clients within the consumer packaged goods, retail, travel and tourism, and restaurant industries

Most recently, Fricker worked as VP for Taylor Nelson Sofres Business Solutions Group where he focused on growing the organization's loyalty consulting services. His prior experience includes managing and integrating customer loyalty programs for Xerox and AT&T. Overall, he brings close to 20 years of experience on both the client and supplier side of loyalty and commitment measurement and management, Harris Interactive said.
