Sunny Delight, Lemony Snicket Promote Unfortunate Sweeps

Sunny Delight is luring consumers to a sweepstakes tied into Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events movie for a chance to win a grand-prize trip to a Paramount Park.

The SunnyD Lemony Snicket Series of Unfortunate Prizes contest will award one grand-prize winner and four guests with an all expense paid five-day trip to any Paramount Park. To enter, consumers must log onto Sunnyd.com and follow the on-screen instructions. Participants must type in the UPC code from a SunnyD or SunnyD Intense Sports bottle to receive an official message as part of the sweepstakes.

Other prizes include a complete set of Lemony Snicket books, a Lemony Snicket video game, Paramount DVDs, Lemony Snicket board games or a Magic 8 ball.

The contest, which runs through Jan. 30, is open to consumers ages seven to 17.

The Series of Unfortunate Events books follow the unlucky adventures of the Baudelaire children, three orphans put into the care of the greedy, villainous Count Olaf who is after the children's inheritance. The feature film adaptation stars Jim Carrey as Count Olaf and opened in theaters nationwide last month.
