Pfizer Signs $1 Million Ad Buy with Radio Disney
Pfizer has signed a $1 million advertising buy with Radio Disney to get the word out about its anti-itch cream to kids and their families.
Two sweepstakes will be touted on-air. The Three Times the Adventure sweepstakes will award one lucky listener three adventure trips for the whole family, and the Itching for Adventure sweepstakes will award a grand-prize winner a family trip to a national park along with all the essential geara CD player, DVD player, digital camera and walkie talkies. People can enter the sweeps at radiodisney.com where a large Cortizone 10 banner encourages them to enter.
The ads for Cortizone 10 run now through August and are supported with on-air, print and online components.
The on-air spots include Summer Sweeperswhere kids talk about what summer means to them and Outdoors30-second vignettes that offer fun outdoor tips for the traveling family.
A one-page ad in Family Fun magazine and presence on FamilyFun.com, Disney.com and RadioDisney.com support.
Cortizone 10 is an over-the-counter hydrocortisone anti-itch creme with aloe to relieve the symptoms of poison ivy, etc.
