Net profits and the NFL's royalties from the $2.99 rubber wristbands will be donated to the JCPenney Afterschool Fund, the Plano, TX-based retailer's non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and raising awareness of afterschool programs.

Sweepstakes entry forms will be included in the wristband packaging. Kids aged six to13 can get a sweepstakes form from an in-store tear-pad. Registration, which can only be done in-store, ends Sept. 22.
