Banana Republic Primps With Geisha

Banana Republic is running a two-part sweepstakes tied to Columbia Pictures' Memoirs of a Geisha.

The grand prize is two trips—first to Los Angeles for the movie's Dec. 3 premiere, a $250 Banana Republic wardrobe and $250 in spending money. The second prize is a seven-day trip to Tokyo for a $1,000 wardrobe consultation and shopping spree (and another $750 in spending cash).

Consumers enter online at Banana Republic; the sweeps runs through Nov. 13 via The Barrett Group, El Segundo, CA. The sweeps highlights Banana Republic's Asian-inspired fall collection; the retailer also is selling the book Memoirs of a Geisha: A Portrait of the Film during the promotion period.
