Valassis Wins Deal to Handle Kroger Direct Mail Programs
Valassis has signed a multi-year deal to be the exclusive partner
for all of The Kroger Co.'s corporate direct mail campaigns. The deal
begins Aug. 15.
Marketing mailings and sampling programs will target Kroger's frequent
shopper database of about 30 million consumers with Kroger loyalty
cards.
The agreement covers all of Kroger's corporate solo, cooperative and
sampling direct mail programs utilizing frequent shopper data.
Valassis replaces Catalina Marketing's Direct Marketing Services
Division, which had previously held the agreement with Kroger.
