Sony Pictures and Best Buy Offer Movie Glimpse

In an effort to attract a broader audience, Sony Pictures and Best Buy joined forces to give away free preview DVDs of the not-yet-released movie Hellboy.

In total, 500,000 DVDs have been available exclusively at checkout counters in Best Buy stores nationwide since March 8.

The promotional DVD, which carries the Best Buy logo, contains film highlights, behind-the-scenes footage, 10 minutes of Hellboy footage and additional material. The DVD also includes trailers from the upcoming Sony films Spider-Man 2 and Resident Evil: Apocalypse.

Hellboy is set to release April 2.
