An online game helps Remington sell its men’s grooming and shaving products.

Remington Products is using an online game where guys can experiment with different grooming and hair styles to encourage them to think about using its men’s grooming and shaving tools.

The campaign, called "Face of Success," includes a chance to win a trip for four to Las Vegas. To play the game, players create an avatar by choosing from a combination of hairstyles and facial hair looks then try their pickup skills with the game's female characters, including the fitness instructor, the blonde bombshell and the girl next door.

The women’s responses are gauged and then a "wingman" offers tips on what might have worked better. Each avatar can be downloaded or sent to friends.

After entering the sweepstakes, players take the challenge. The sweeps runs through Jan. 15.

The trip to Vegas will be for the grand-prize winner and three friends, and includes roundtrip airfare, transportation in a stretch Hummer, two-night hotel accommodations in a pair of high-roller suites at the Las Vegas Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, a generous dining allowance, two daytime and two nighttime adventures of their choosing—such as tee times at an elite golf course or VIP tickets to see a Vegas headliner—and $4,000 in spending money. The total prize is valued at approximately $55,000.
