Circuit City Promotes Store Openings with Mazda Giveaway
Circuit City is using an instant-win game to push customers in-store for a shot at a Mazda.
Circuit City is advertising the opening of 65 new and relocated stores with an instant-win game, which offers the chance to win a new vehicle.
Under the “Drive to 65” game, the electronics retailer is giving away one Mazda CX-9 2008 SUV a day (30 in all) through Dec. 3. People can pick up a free game piece at Circuit City stores or obtain a game code online at http://driveto65.circuitcity.com. Visitors enter their code on the site to see if they have won.
Other daily prizes include Canon PowerShot G9 Digital Cameras, GPS Navigation Units Microsoft Xbox 360 Apple iPod Nanos.
Online marketing, store circulars and P-O-P support the game. Trymark Consulting Group is handling the promotion.
