Coldwell Banker is using a TV spot to promote a sweepstakes tied to its open house month.

The sweeps is in partnership with Drexel Heritage Home Furnishings.

One grand-prize winner gets $20,000 worth of Drexel Heritage furniture and an individual consultation with a Drexel Heritage Designer. Four weekly winners will receive $5,000 worth of furniture

The sweeps, available at ColdwellBanker.com, ends May 31.

Also at the site, Drexel has a link for visitors to download a series of three coupons: a complimentary in-home consultation, free local delivery and a 10% discount on non-sale furniture.
