Movielink Links To Best Buy

Best Buy will offer Movielink Movie Cards at all 642 store locations nationwide, marking the first time that Movielink downloads will be offered at retail locations.

Best Buy will offer the cards as a free gift-with-purchase to customers who buy the Microsoft Media Center PC, and as a separate $20 gift card.

"This promotion with Best Buy presents a tremendous opportunity for Movielink to branch out in retail stores," said Jim Ramo, CEO of Movielink, in a statement. "As the broadband market continues to grow, we're always looking for new ways to expose the Movielink service to more customers and really show the value of broadband video-on-demand."

Movielink is available to U.S. Internet users with broadband connections. Consumers can register with Movielink and pay for their rental via credit card.
