Publicis Groupe Buys Phonevalley

Publicis Groupe said last week that it plans to buy Phonevalley, a mobile phone marketing and communications company based in Paris.

Phonevalley will become the mobile marketing arm of Publicis Groupe Media, which includes Starcom Mediavest Group and ZenithOptimedia.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
