Prizelogic Hires Keith Simmons as President

Keith Simmons, a long-time marketing exec, has been named president and managing partner of online promotions company Prizelogic.

Most recently, he worked for Triad Digital Media Services in Tampa, FL, where he was chief revenue officer. Prior to that, he was a principal with interactive promotion agency ePrize.

In other news, the Scottsdale, AZ-based company has opened an office in Southfield, MI, where it plans to house its sales and marketing teams. The firm’s technology staff will remain in Scottsdale.

Prizelogic was recently purchased by a group of investors, including Simmons.
