The Marketing Arm has named Stuart Hill creative manager.

Hill’s focus will be on creative for promotional campaigns for the company’s clients including AT&T, Frito-Lay, Anheuser-Busch, the U.S. Air Force, Tylenol and State Farm.

Most recently, Hill worked for Millsport in Dallas where he served as account coordinator. He reports to Chief Creative Officer Amy Erschen. The position took effect Jan. 8.

Hill replaces Tim Dyer, who left the company.

The Marketing Arm is a network of marketing services agencies operating within Omnicom Group Inc. The agencies include: Millsport, Davie Brown Entertainment, USM&P, and ipsh!.

The Marketing Arm, Dallas, TX, ranked No. 1 on the 2006 PROMO 100 list of the Top 100 promotion agencies. The firm reported estimated 2005 revenues of $56 million.
