Ipsh Hires VP for New LA Office

Ipsh this week hired Brad Vettese as executive vice president and managing director for a new office opening on the west coast.

Isph is the wireless marketing and mobile media agency of Omnicom’s The Marketing Arm.

Vettese will open and manage the office in Los Angeles, which marks the fifth location the agency has opened in eight months. He will be responsible for developing engagement strategies for clients.

Most recently, Vettese worked as chief marketing officer for Teleflip, a mobile communications company based in Santa Monica, CA, where he was responsible for strategic market and product planning, branding, product definition, development and management, customer acquisition and communication, traditional and new media, public relations, promotions, business development and partnership management on a worldwide basis.

Prior to that, he was vice president of marketing at Limbo 41414, a mobile entertainment company based in Burlingame, CA. There, he led brand strategy and marketing, and supported the business development and partnership process to drive member acquisition.

From 2001-2006, Vettese served as CEO for mobiico, a mobile marketing consultancy, where he developed viral, mobile communities using messaging, gaming, and services for brands such as MasterCard International, 20th Century Fox, Nokia, and the National Hockey League.

Vettese has also worked for Avenue A | Razorfish, Generator Promotional Marketing (BBDO), Cossette Communications & Marketing, Bank of Bermuda and Molson.
