Former SVP at Arc Moves to Trisect as CCO
Trisect, a new consumer engagement agency, has hired Paul Kuzma as its chief creative officer, a new position.
Most recently, Kuzma was senior vice president of Arc Worldwide where he led the development of promotions and retail campaigns for McDonald’s. He has also worked for iLeo and Leo Burnett working on such brands as Morgan Stanley, Hallmark and GM. At Arc he worked with Frito-Lay, the U.S. Postal Service, Visa and Cracker Jack.
In his new post, which began July 28, he will lead creative development and philosophy for the agency’s clients. Kuzma will report to Dick Thomas, who founded the firm in 2005 and is its CEO. Thomas is also a former CEO of Arc Worldwide.
He has received numerous creative awards including a 2008 Gold Reggie for McDonald’s “Shrek the Third,” and a Gold Pro Award.
