Cenergy Named AOR for Lake Erie Monsters

The Lake Erie Monsters, Cleveland’s new American Hockey League franchise, has named Cenergy as its agency of record.

The assignment includes event marketing, mascot development and overall strategic brand consulting. Work begins with the launch activities for the team’s 2007-2008 season with advertising and ticket artwork.

The agency is also tasked with advising on youth marketing and grassroots strategies for the team.


Cenergy has already done some work for the team. Earlier this year it helped develop the Lake Erie Monsters moniker, logo, and uniforms that were unveiled in January.

Last year, more than 6.3 million fans attended AHL games across North America., the agency said.
