Bluegrass Promotional Marketing has merged with High Profile, a 16-year-old firm specializing in promotional products.

The firm will operate under the name Bluegrass Promotional Marketing.

Debra Foszcz, the president of High Profile, is expected to remain on staff in a management position, Bluegrass said.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Bluegrass was founded in 1995 and specialized in customer products and brand marketing.
