Bluegrass Merges with High Profile

Bluegrass Promotional Marketing has merged with High Profile, a 16-year-old firm specializing in promotional products.

The merger took effect Nov. 1 and is projected to increase revenue by 15% next year for the combined new company.

The firm will operate under the name Bluegrass Promotional Marketing.

Debra Foszcz, the president of High Profile, is expected to remain on staff in a management position, Bluegrass said.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Bluegrass was founded in 1995 and specialized in customer products and brand marketing.
