Alcone Taps Downey to Run Chicago Office

Alcone Marketing Group has hired Christina Downey to manage its Chicago office.

Downey joined Alcone in May as vice president and group account director. She had been vice president at Ryan Partnership, with earlier posts at Cramer-Krasselt, Frankel and Foote, Cone & Belding. Her background includes work on packaged goods and quick service restaurant brands.

“Christina will play an important role in the further development of our Chicago office and our Midwest expansion,” said Alcone president and CEO Bill Hahn.

Alcone ranked No. 18 in the 2007 Promo 100 with estimated 2006 net revenue of $51 million, up an estimated 29% from 2004.
