James Heekin tapped as president and COO of Euro RSCG Worldwide, New York City.

Robert Bernard joined New York City-based Alloy, Inc. as CEO of the company's retail and direct consumer division.

Alloy Marketing & Promotions (AMP), Boston, hired Andy Maercklein as senior VP-marketing and promotions.

Summit Marketing, Atlanta, named Chris Smith controller and appointed Gina McVicker assistant account executive.

Marketing Werks, Chicago, promoted Doug Wilber and Holly O'Neill to senior account coordinators. Also, Cari DeVille hired as assistant account coordinator and Michael Lambiase as account coordinator.

Antony Milner appointed senior VP-new business development at DVC Worldwide, Morristown, NJ. He will be based out of the agency's San Francisco office.

Bob DePeron named acount manager at L.W. Robbins Associates, Holliston, MA.

ADPRO, Inc., Cleveland, OH, tapped Kevin Gordon as VP-marketing and promotions.

Adamson Advertising, St. Louis, named Dan McGrath director of its p.r. division.

Full-service advertising agency Ad Workshop, Lake Placid, NY, hired Bob Rath as creative director and named Ben Hamelin Web programmer.
