Bob Lawrence has been named president of 141 Worldwide's Atlanta office. Previously executive VP-client services, he now has total bottom line responsibility and manages all aspects of the office, including overseeing new business development and expanding existing client relationships. Cindy Wild has been named VP-client services, assuming Lawrence's previous job responsibilities.

DraftWorldwide, Chicago, announced that Tony Weisman was named chief marketing officer. Weisman joined DraftWorldwide Chicago in mid-2002 to work on new business development. He has also overseen Draft's strategic planning group, which includes consumer research and market planning. Previously, Weisman worked in account management at Leo Burnett USA in Chicago, leaving his post as senior VP and account director.

Marketing services firm The Sunflower Group, Overland Park, KS, has promoted Justin Garberg to the role of chief operations officer, announced CEO Dennis Garberg.

Jeff Diem has joined the Buffalo office of Eric Mower and Associates (EMA) as account director of the promotions team. He will be responsible for the development and direction of marketing communications programs for clients including Fisher-Price, Welch's, Kodak, Sorrento Lactalis, Inc., AAA and Russer Foods.

Marc S. Kidd has resigned his position as president of HOST Communications to launch a consulting firm in Lexington, KY, specializing in marketing promotions. His first client: HOST Communications.

Brothers Chris Smith and Dave Smith, formerly of Kaleidoscope Event Services and ICON Promotional Marketing, have formed a new agency, Eventsmiths, Inc. based in Tampa, FL.

Chicago-based CFM Direct has hired Paul Murray as VP-client relations, a newly created position.

Jim Marouse has been named Midwest director of business development for Alcott Routon, a Nashville-based, national direct-marketing agency. He will be responsible for developing new acquisition, activation, cross-sell, retention and CRM programs for clients.

David Bullard has joined integrated marketing agency Marketing Support as VP-account supervisor.

CMD Marketing Communications, an integrated marketing firm based in Portland, OR, has hired Todd Devon Mortiz as interactive director and added Ali Adams as its new interactive producer.
